Applying Sunscreen
Follow the following tips to ensure you are protected in the Sun
1. Apply sunscreen at least 15mins before you go out into the Sun. It will give it time to absorb into the skin.
2. If you mix moisturizer with your sunscreen you will halve the SPF factor, so you will need to apply more often.
3. Apply Sunscreen when your SPF time is up and after excessive sweating & swimming to ensure you are always protected.
4. Wear a waterproof sunscreen when you exercise or are swimming.
5. Zinc is a great option for the face and nose as it will block out rays and takes longer to wash off.
6. Wear a hat and protective clothing if you are planning to spend an extended period of time in the Sun. This will ensure your skin is protected from UV rays.
7. Wear sunscreen even while you are wearing self tan. This is only a superficial tan and you are not protected from the Sun.
